Mediterranean-Style Hake

Pre-cooked product based on fillets of Hake, potatoes, tomatoes, dressing and capers

MICROWAVE: Remove outer packaging and place whole tray (with film) in the microwave at 800 W for 6/7 minutes. The tray can be used as a serving dish

PAN: Pour product into a pan with ½ cup of water. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes with lid and for another 2/3 without lid
