A dedicated Team

Sensory Lab

R&D is the mainspring of our work: in collaboration with chefs and food designers, the R&D Team studies new products to meet customer needs in terms of quality, flavour, speed of preparation and innovation.

R&D can count on an internal panel of trained judges who take part in dedicated Sensory Lab sessions, analysing the sensory characteristics of products, measuring and monitoring their consistency over time in accordance with ISO standards.
